Hit and Run - Money Matters
While I’m new to road biking, I’ve been a runner for 15 years or so and there have been some close calls with drivers. Most people are only on the lookout for other cars on the road. Hitting a pedestrian is one thing, but then to leave the scene is just cowardly.
